Nov 19, 2018 · My original owner 89 2.6 is on it's third water pump now with 130K miles. First was replaced in 2000 as part of a major service at 65K miles. At the time it wasn't leaking and was probably an unecessary replacement recommended by a shop. In 2014 at 115K miles the pump started to leak slowly from the weep hole.
