Swedberg Funeral Home has a long history of being a part of the Shawano community. The building itself was built before 1909. And over the past 90 years there have been numerous architectural and ownership changes. In 1931, Karl Schweers established the Schweers Funeral Home. Mr. Schweers owned and operated the funeral home until his death in 1958.
