Operator specialties r6 not working

Operator specialities not giving me the renown. I just got the game for the computer. The only operators I have right now are the few I got when I played on playstation. When I completed the one for ela and the one for lion, I already had them, but didn’t get any renown. I saw some people say it goes i’m automatically, but they haven’t.

I have actually found how you can play any operator in training grounds. It only works in offline games so it might work in custom games by yourself.
