Due to my work and life, I only schedule interviews 10-12PM. This is a rule I do not mess with. It provides me with more control, I can make sure I'm awake during the Interview, etc,. The only caveat is when I have the 4hr interviews. Another is, I've had interviews do 4hr blocks or two 2hr blocks.
