Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working

The Blu-ray player runs the DVD's but won't play through the van speakers, won't play on the radio LCD or the 2 rear monitors, and won't play sound through the headphones. I've also hooked up the firestick into the HDMI port in the rear and the video plays beautifully but the headphones wouldn't hook up for the sound.

The limited's integration and dual screens are nice, but having one 13.3" 1080p screen was pretty awesome, and better for all viewers, quite honestly.Either your DVD player is bad or has a stuck disc in it.. Got a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid with the rear headrest DVD setups. I got a box with 2 headphones and 2 remotes from the dealer. The two remotes paired with no issues. Neither pair of headphones work.
